Exposition – Altitude: South-West – 300 mt. above sea level, vineyards older than 30 years.
Soil: Hilly neutral clay, rich in gravel and pebbles (Alberese and Galestro).
Vinification: Manual harvest in little crates. Soft pressing of grapes selected by hand, fermentation, after start up in stainless steel tanks, goes on in barriques and it’s followed by aging in the same barriques on thin lees of yeast.
Bouquet: Straw bright yellow color with gold hints. Wide and rich nose with fruity and spicy notes, accompanied by hints of officinal herb (rosemary and wild mint). Palate presents a full and pleasant entry, which continues with vibrant acidity in a sapid and long-lasting finish.
Serving temperature: 10-11°C
Food pairings: Aperitif, first courses, aged cheese, second courses of fish.
