Here some tips to have the perfect lunch for Easter with your family!

  • Appetizers with Black Crostini, Tomato Bruschette, Boiled Egg with Mayonnaise and Capers. Ideal match: our White “CANTAVENTO
  • First course based on baked Lasagna with beef ragù. Ideal combination: our Chianti Classico Baruffo, pure Sangiovese
  • Second dish. Baked lamb is a must, but the pigeon and the guinea fowl cannot be less. A side dish of vegetables in the oven (Peppers, baked potatoes, fennel salad and oranges to degrease the greasiness of the dog) Ideal combination: our Chianti Classico Baruffo Riserva that is perfect to pair with this great powerful dish!
  • Dulcis in fundo … Cantuccini, Colomba Pasquale … that will accompany our Vinsanto Baruffo!
